Limitless Global Insurance LLC (“LGI”) is affiliated with Limitless Global Management, which holds a 49% ownership interest in LGI.
LGI may collect nonpublic personal information including identifying data, financial information, insurance history, communications, and website usage information.
Information is used to quote, bind, service, and manage insurance policies; comply with regulatory requirements; prevent fraud; conduct analytics; and administer marketing communications including email and SMS.
LGI may share information with Limitless Global Management and trusted third-party vendors for operational support, compliance oversight, CRM management, marketing campaigns, analytics, and SMS/text messaging platforms. Vendors are contractually required to safeguard data and use it only for authorized business purposes. LGI does not sell personal information.
By providing your mobile phone number to LGI, you expressly consent to receive text messages (including marketing messages) from LGI or its authorized vendors using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Insurance@LimitlessGlobal.US. LGI complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable federal and state telemarketing laws.
Limitless Global Management and LGI mutually agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, regulatory fines, or expenses arising from negligent handling or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Both parties agree to maintain appropriate cyber liability insurance and provide prompt breach notification.
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, or limitation of use of their personal information. LGI does not sell personal information. Residents of Texas, Florida, and New York may have additional privacy rights under applicable state insurance and consumer data protection laws. LGI honors applicable rights including access, correction, deletion (where legally permissible), and data security protections as required under: • Texas Data Privacy and Security Act • Florida Digital Bill of Rights • New York SHIELD Act Consumers may contact LGI using the information above to exercise applicable rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or LGI’s data practices shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Maricopa County, Arizona. You and LGI agree to waive the right to a trial by jury and waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought in an individual capacity. This clause does not limit LGI’s right to seek injunctive relief to protect confidential information.
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for business, regulatory, and legal purposes. LGI reserves the right to update this policy at any time with a revised effective date.
